Went to Trane looking for a Manuel for an Oxbox furnace/air conditioner which is sold by Trane but not locally stocked by them...Don with an "I don't know for sure" began to search Trane's files and the internet till he located the file..at least a 10 minute process...he saved the Manuel in a file and emailed it to me...THEN realized he was able to print individual pages from the file...so Don printed foe me the exact page needed to make the correct settings for my new units.... I've dealt with a lot of the supply houses around town and this place is by far the best. They took care of me before I even made an account with them. The facility is super clean and organized. Dalton has been great to deal with as well as Heather. I wish I would have offered Trane products sooner as the helpfulness and support I haven't seen at any other supply house. They are also quick sending estimates.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
