Need to update hrs on Google. It says opens at 8 on Saturdays for the north location in austin. Drove an hr to my dissatisfaction!
I have been holding off on this review because I don’t like the negative ones, but this company needs reform in the customer service department. As a contractor I work with every brand, but Trane is the most difficult. Unresponsive by email or phone, so I have to go in person and wait in line to get an answer. (While three people are sitting behind counter not working) after all of that they did not warranty a part that is less than 5 years old, because they determined “it wasn’t needed for the repair”.
