1 star because it's mandatory. Initial call with Parts lead was less than enthusiastic response on their end. A second call, leaving a voicemail yielded no call back. Waiting on parts ordered by the service company, who isn't getting any better service than I am. Pathetic. My 3 YO @Trane unit had 2 catastrophic failures (under warranty) had has been useless for over 2 weeks. I seriously doubt I'll have another Trane, and at this point certainly won't recommend them.
