They had what I needed when I needed it
Good luck getting anyone on the phone ever. 15 minutes waiting to connect, had to call a different location
Broken XR14. No refund policy. Ordered compressor. Delayed. Waiting for 3 months. Trane a shame.
I talked to Kennon and he was very professional and helpful. There needs to be more professionals out there like him. Trane has a valuable employee who cares about the customer.
These guys suck at customer service. Dont waste your time at this location.
