Our HVAC contractor purchased a small RTU from the supply/parts warehouse 2 years ago for our building. Within the first few months the blower motor failed and was covered under factory warranty... still had to pay labor to install. 1 year and 1 month passes from that new motor being installed and it freezes and fails again. Another new blower motor was installed at our full cost, parts and labor... this 2nd motor lasted 1 year and 12 days and the motor failed again... now we need another motor... this will now be the 4th bl... read more
Dread going hear for anything. The guy who handles everything is just rude. He won't even respond when spoken to and you can instantly feel the hostility before any engagement with this guy. Every other Trane has wonderful service but this one.

I have Trane Heat pumps in the building I manage. I have tried to call for service two days in a row at 3 different numbers. they tell me to leave a message and someone will get back to me. So far no one has. seems you can't talk to a real person at Trane
