Do not buy a Trane!! 4 month old unit needs a compressor. Trane's response is wait a week for a part without AC in Florida summer when the right thing to do is replace the condenser immediately. I made the mistake of choosing Trane don't do the same!! Best wishes, Sweaty & uncomfortable Trane customer
Company had a company wide meeting in Vegas I hear. Had no one to offer tech support, or even answer the phones. My technician got desperate and bought some parts to try and help a customer. They never told him these parts could not be returned, and they're not considering the fact that NO ONE was available to help! This is crazy!
Todos aquí son muy profesionales. Siempre que he ido nos atienden bien a y si tienes sed hasta puedes elegir de las bebidas que tengan disponibles gratis! Veo algunos comentarios de personas quejándose que a veces deben esperar, deben tener en cuenta que a veces tienen mucho cúmulo de trabajo con pedidos online, pero la espera vale porque siempre te tratan con mucha profesionalidad y si acaso no cuentan con lo que buscas te dan indicaciones de a dónde dirigirte.
We had a terrible experience in this place. Front desk chubby guy has no manner to talk to customers. We waited for almost 3 hour. Never again come back in this place. I wish I can give a 0 star.
