I don't pick up equipment here often, but when I do. It's always a hassle and wait times are usually around 30 min or longer. I dread visiting this place now. Update, why tf do they open so late. 7:30 is when everyone goes to work, why not open at 6am. So stupid

I would give a negative 5 if I could. Placed an order for Trane minisplits in August. Every month after not hearing anything we would call them for an update just for someone different to tell us it wasn't ordered and someone else would place another one. Finally at the end of November after 3 months and 4 different people who supposedly placed an order we called for an update. The guy on the phone smugly said we haven't placed an order since 2021.
