30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call very disappointed
I don't pick up equipment here often, but when I do. It's always a hassle and wait times are usually around 30 min or longer. I dread visiting this place now. Update, why tf do they open so late. 7:30 is when everyone goes to work, why not open at 6am. So stupid
This place sucks ,I don't sell Trane because of this place and WARN all my customers about Trane units
