10-30 min hold times Everytime I call
No wonder Trane is going down the drain, you weigh on hold for 45+ minutes and when you get to the store, they close early. I’m specifically talking about the Garland Texas location. Trane used to be quality product and the quality of customer service has gone absolutely downhill. It’s not just Garland. It’s also McKinney, Carrollton, every train location I’ve dealt with.
