Polite, prompt and professional. I was in need of a part for a 20+ year old Trane XL80 that was giving an "open limit switch" error message. As a walk-in customer with out an account, I was treated like I had done business with these folks forever. Not finding the part number on her computer, the lady who was helping me said, "...let's see what we have over here." and we walked to a set of bins from which she pulled the exact part.
