If I could put freaking negative stars I would. Consistently every single time I call I am on hold for almost an hour, which is absolutely pathetic. I sat on hold the other day for 2 1/2 hours. For one part. I ended up having to get my sales rep to call somebody that he knew at Trane to order the part for me because they refuse to answer the phone. They take care of the customers really well at this location. No wait time.
I've been to DMVs that are run more efficiently than this Trane...or any Trane. OMG, talk about living off a once good name. I have a customer waiting for over 3 months for a replacement compressor. I sold all my Trane stock. Horrible company, pathetic store.
Call to place an order with Trane and twice they put me on hold and then just hang up. I waited 25 mins on hold and then they disconnected me again. I absolute hate this company and this brand and hate having to work on these units as a tech because their staff are the worst in any industry I’ve ever dealt with. Shameful and awful. Would never put a Trane in my own home with how awful they are.
