Just sat on the phone for 45 minutes, no answer, absolute trash
Terrible experience with store manager, rude and unfriendly. I have been a customer of this store for almost 20 years and never been treated this way. Taking my business to kennesaw or Atlanta locations.

Trane is a trash can of a company. If they answer you. You might be seeping. Because it must be a dream. I recommend never dealing with trane and use other company’s that can order the equipment third party. If there was less than a star I would give them that.
