Kurt and the hispanic desk lady dont know what customer service is about and dont know how to use their resources as efficient 👎 negative stars if i could. Waste of my time ordering parts here only to waste gas to find out they never put it on will call
Been trying to get a warranty issue resolved since March 2025. Now I can't get a response by phone, email or text. I doesn't seem like Trane wants to support their product.
