My installer ordered a part for my TRANE XL16. After a week, they notified him that the part was in. When he showed up to get the part, they couldn't find his order. He had to order one on line from a different distributer. This place is a JOKE! don't bother.
This place is a joke. The all male staff has a problem with arrogance, unprofessionalism and toilet humour. They are not too be recommended under any circumstances. Do business with these labourers at your own risk!!

Went to pick up equipment and was treated like a trash from the counter parts rep Dan. Ordered the equipment on line and had the paperwork wasn’t until I gave pushback for help with this order the counter guy Dan decided to help. Not a good reception. If I wanted to be treated like trash I would have went to Goodman.
