Went to pick up equipment and was treated like a trash from the counter parts rep Dan. Ordered the equipment on line and had the paperwork wasn’t until I gave pushback for help with this order the counter guy Dan decided to help. Not a good reception. If I wanted to be treated like trash I would have went to Goodman.
Can't get PARTS! Trane is more concerned about their woke ESG score than getting a customer's air conditioners running. I bought a Trane condenser model m4ac5030e in early August 2023. It has NEVER worked. Tech support said the control board was not putting out correct voltages. We ordered a warranty replacement. It is not in stock anywhere in the country!
