Our HVAC contractor purchased a small RTU from the Trane supply/parts warehouse 2 years ago for our facility. Within the first few months the blower motor failed and was covered under factory warranty... still had to pay labor to install. 1 year and 1 month passes from that new motor being installed and it freezes and fails again. Been waiting on a motor for my mini split since September. It's now November, basically December, and I was told it will be another 8 weeks. Definitely feel like it's just another excuse and it also makes me feel like they are not even trying to resolve the issue.
