Completely disappointed in the Unprofessional way, that the contract was handled. Purchased 3- units for a university. Trane and Sub Contractor Canfab didn't provide a product that would even function. Completely Unprofessional and unresponsive in making there product perform. Definitely would never want to use them in an industrial or commercial setting again. Especially the Rep. We had to deal with Brad Sarem.
