Add Trane to the list of companies that just don't get it, you won't survive much longer if you don't sell to the public. The part I need is available on Amazon, but I'd rather buy locally, and cannot due to the HVAC wholesalers not selling to the public.
I've been a client from Trane since 2018, Before Covid 1 out of 10 orders didn't arrive at the time estimated, that wasn't a problem for me then because they usually just came at the next week from the day estimated. But now on 2023, 7 out of 10 orders doesn't arrive at the time estimated, and that's not the worst part of it, they take more than 1 or 2 months since the day estimated to arrive.
