Condescending
I took my 17 yr old son to UMC, Sunset and Dr. Tran was amazing!! She patiently explained the care needed for his lifelong allergies and an Rx to treat his sinus infection. She encouraged him to take charge of his body with consistent OTC allergy options.
I have seen Dr Tran twice at UMC Sunset: a few years ago when I was very sick, and recently when my daughter had been bitten by a dog and had deep punctures. In both cases she not only gave expert care, but her bedside manner was as caring as that of a mother. This was especially appreciated after the trauma of the dog bite. Furthermore, she arranged a follow up appointment for my daughter, which I have never seen happen at urgent care.
