Went in September for my yearly exam. Was the fastest exam I have ever had in my 20 years of wearing glasses, she wrote the prescription and we tried contacts and I didn’t care for so I ordered glasses and after THREE attempts of glasses at two locations all of them had increased that I couldn’t even stand and see out of them. I visited dr Tran for a regular checkup for contacts and glasses and she corrected my prescription perfectly, for basic stuff she is great. Went in with some red eye problems fearing an infection. She gave me redness drops, waited 2 minutes and said I was “better” and to return if it did not go away. When I called back she seemed in shock that the redness drops didn’t heal me and she could not understand why they didn’t work because my eye was less red when I left the office previously. My wife visited Dr. Tran and was rush through extremely quickly, and told her eyesight had changed considerably since her last exam. She was given a prescription that DOUBLED the astigmatism correction from her previous glasses. Once she got her glasses and wore them a week, her eyesight was still blurred and out of focus. We went back to Costco where we got the glasses - they said they had done the prescription as Dr. Tran provided, but if she changed it, they would re-do the glasses free. Our entire family saw Dr. Tran. We will never go back. She runs through patients too quickly and will not take time to listen and consider what bedside manner so to speak is needed for each patient-particarly children.
