I would rate my experience as extremely unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I was kept waiting in the examination room while the doctor remained outside speaking with colleagues. When he eventually entered the room, he was discourteous and displayed a lack of professionalism and respect. It was clear he was not attentive or dedicated to his role. I really respect Dr. Dzu. He is a really caring and very knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him to anyone who is currently looking for a good doctor.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Dzu Tran and at the medical clinic in general. He was very professional, thorough, and made sure to answer all of our questions. He even brought up things that we didn't think to ask! The clinic itself was very efficient and stream-line considering how busy they are. They definitely have a system. All of the staff I interacted with were very sweet and professional. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was out of there by 10:30.
