Tramor was great until the office staff started changing. Customer service has gone down hill and their lack of caring about their residents continues to become more apparent any time you need them. My apartment flooded in May and luckily the maintenance staff is superb, but the office wouldn't get back to me. I had to go in person and still was told they couldn't do anything and would get back to me. RecommendedI live here. The office staff and the maintenance crew are all friendly and welcome residents to stop by for coffee and to chat a few minutes. I’ve lived here well over 20 years.
