I drove there today to drop off a deer to be processed. They said they were to busy to take it between 10-2 .There were 4 people eating at the tables . It would have taken maybe 5 minutes to get the Ice chest and fill out the paper work .
All food is delicious but Tramonte’s Cajun Smoked Sausage is easily the best sausage ever!!!
The customer service I received on Friday evening left me blown away. The Wagyu Strip Steaks were simply amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Tramontes.

These guys actually drove across town and delivered our grill. They also gave us a tutorial on how to use it. Excellent service!
Tramontes catered our month long turnaround at a local chemical plant. The food was always hot, fresh and well seasoned. I'm looking forward to dining in and trying some of their meat!

I have attempted twice to use them to cater a work lunch and can’t get anyone to call me back to set it up. When I call they tell you to send an email but no one ever reads the email or gets back to you. Very frustrating. I called on Wednesday to set up a lunch for Monday and was told to email them. I sent it with high importance and a read receipt. I called back on Thursday and was told the same thing, so they took down my name and number and said someone would call me. Let me start by saying I’ve always received good service in the past. Today, however, was absurd. The young female working the counter seemed utterly inconvenienced by my questions and my presence all together. I always try to spend my money locally but this really made me think twice about spending money with them. Doubt I’ll be back.
