RUDE, RUDE RUDE!! I called at 8:15am hoping to book a trip for my 25th aniversary. I was told someone would be in at 9:00am and call me as soon as they arrived. I called them agian at 3:15, because I hadnt heard froma anyone. When they found the person that was supposed to return the call, she berated me for my chioce of destination and was VERY rude! I wanted to book a couple of trips, BUT WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENCY!!!
