I made a very bad decision to let their agent list my house. She was unprofessional, dishonest, allowed her family members access to my property resulting in missing items, and damage to the property. Her lack of knowledge in the process was mind boggling. She refused to show up for 2 inspections, even saying she avoided them, resulting in damage during one inspection.
