Worker walked out into incoming traffic in front of me to stop traffic with no stop sign. They did same thing on other side of road holding up traffic and got upset when someone drove around. Extremely dangerous behavior and ignorance coming from a company contracted by the city or Wildwood. Get proper and legal equipment if you plan on blocking the public roadway.
