Tracy and her staff guided me in a stress-free transition into the Medicare program. Her knowledge and explanations of Medicare exceeded my expectations. My wife's Advantage Plan, recommended by Tracy was cancelled. When my wife contacted Tracy's team to get assistance, advice and new comparable plans she was told to contact individual companies herself (Even though my wife was an active client, she was told that she would no longer be considered an active client).
