Second visit, and couldn't be happier with the services. Beautiful salon, very accommodating staff, and Anna replicated the picture I brought in exactly. This will definitely be my go to salon after a long time searching in the area. *added new photos and have become a regular!
Reason for 1-star: Please attached photos of my nails post polish + design appointment. All the nails except 3 bubbled and 1 had a hair in it. The manager at Tram Nails first tried to blame that this happened because I had thin nails post my gel removal (I didn't, this also doesn't make sense and what does that have to do with hair). Post-removal of the gel manicure at Project Essence Ossington, the manager at Tram Nails (please note, this was post-appointment polish + design application at their salon) said that my nail bed... read more
Tried a lot of different places until I stumbled on Tram nails! Vivian is the best! She does such incredible art, always loves to try new things and is somehow so quick at doing the most complicated designs. Highly recommend!
Great experience, patient with my requests and didn’t pressure me with how I liked my nail shape. I loved my nail set btw. Front desk is also kind, and asked for nail details before the appointment!! I think my search for good nail place is completed 🥹
Absolutely love Kiki! She’s so sweet and my lashes are so cute and it didn’t hurt!!
