Snake oil company. They talk a good game but don’t let them in to manage your HOA, they ignore requests from board members and don’t keep any records updated properly. They also use contractors that price gouge and way over charge. The managers they assign to your association also don’t know how to read and follow the condo or HOA documents and charge residents individually for fixing common area elements.
The employees are rude and unfriendly. They are not willing to help resolve problems that would require them to do any work. They do not work on the weekends and THEY decide what is an emergency. FYI medical emergencies are not "real" emergencies
