Fantastic facility with a heap of great classes, from boxing/kickboxing through to HIIT classes. The coaches both have the expertise to run the classes and the personalities to make each class fun.
Great place to train in group
Trainzone Prestons is just fantastic! Clean, modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. But what really makes it stand out is the amazing trainers. Specifically Elijah. Their expertise and approach have helped me achieve incredible results. Highly recommend!
