We are the largest buyer of collectible model trains in North America, and we purchase trains from sellers across the USA. Over the years we have acquired from private sellers many thousands of collections, each ranging from just a few items to impressive train collections worth over a million dollars.

I received all the items I ordered in good condition. After working with Jessica in Customer Service to get all my items delivered to my PO Box, all arrived in good shape. Two locomotives and one caboose arrived via FedEx. There does seem to be a problem with placing an order using a PO box when it gets over $`100. It is not clear in the order area as to why the PO box can't be used. This should be upgraded to prevent future order problems. I've bought many items from Trainz over the years and have never been disappointed. They have a huge inventory, descriptions and photos are always accurate, and prices are more than fair. Shipping is usually within a day or two, in high-quality wrapping and boxes. Their customer service is always helpful and courteous. If you're looking for trains, you won't find a better source!
