They refuse to combine items to force you to pay multiple shipping costs. Very rude with european customers
Worst online seller I've dealt with in 25 years. They take forever to actually send anything, customer service is a joke and the items are usually broken or missing parts. Avoid at all cost!
Totally misleading advertiser on eBay. Descriptions and photographs are not accurate to actual item being sold. Customer service does nothing to directly answer questions nor do they ever make an attempt to correct an eBay ad which needs clarifications through more or actual image of product being sold. I'd stay away from these rip offs and reward small time honest sellers of toy trains!
Sold me a chassis advertised as TCA C-7 Some signs of wear , described as a working engine I was sent a burned up GP7 pats in a baggies and in pieces, hardly ready to run, they tagged it As As Is, had I known it was a scrambled egg of pieces thrown in a box , I’d id never buy it. Ordered paint that was listed as 3 to 5 days to ship. 8 days after (and after I had to reach out to ask why) it finally shipped. FedEx. 2 weeks after, still nothing and the item could no longer be tracked. Trainz.com has done nothing but make excuses and blame everyone else for this. I ordered a locomotive from them that wasn't even close to the condition they claimed. After my 5th attempt to contact them, threatening small claims court they finally responded and eventually made it right. I decided to give them another chance hoping my first experience was a fluke or oversite. It wasn't. I ordered a replacement truck for one of my engines. I initially started using Trainz.com via eBay and online a few weeks ago. My first few orders were shipped promptly and the prices were very good. My current order has not shipped and I placed it last Thursday evening. I have contacted the shop 4 times and they have not responded. One item was out of stock and I told them to ship the item that's in stock via email.
