The portions were sad… I’ve had better brisket at home. I found that they gave me my food cold and just poorly done. Maybe it was a bad or off day but the food was underwhelming. One of my coworkers really supports this place too. But it’s been an awful experience. The person helping at the desk barely was aware of what was going on. I feel like I was served scraps
First, the gentleman at the cash register was incredibly nice! He explained the menu to me and gave me recommendations based on what I was interested in. I really appreciate that bc good customer service is hard to come by nowadays. As far as the food, I ordered the smoked wing meal with string beans and potato salad as my two sides. Went to @Trainstop Smokehouse in Washington Village. No complaints until my food arrived. The Brisket fat no meat. I can't not for no darn near 30$. Take it back the cook automatically reaches for the plates but the guy wit the dreads(owner I guess)had an issue so I walks out as my company enters. To return to tell me the guy with the dreads said I came in disrespectful. Well we know that didn't happen. So new cold Brisket came out.
