I had rotator cuff tendonitis earned it was getting worse and worse, someone suggested starting class a training Zone to just work out everyday. I started and within a month it's all better no pain at all

Do not take out annual membership If you move or are seriously injured you cannot get a refund. I am out over 300. 24 fitness let me out of an annual contract when I moved where there were no gyms. Also they have far too little space for all that they offer. As a result there is not enough of the equipment that is popular. It is down often which caused me not to be able to exercise at all. Also there are wait periods during busy times.
