Very friendly staff, good hours, new equipment, clean. Great atmosphere for all levels from beginner on up. Kid zone has great section so parents can get a workout in while being close by. All around best gym. The staff, members and equipment make everyday a great day for improvement on ones health.
I have a baby that I bring to the Kid Zone. It truly is life saving being able to take her with me and get my me time in the day. My daughter has a blast in there and all the workers are wonderful. It takes the worries away when I drop her off knowing that staff will look out for her, and she will have fun. I am able to get great workouts in, spend the hour on myself, and leave feeling amazing. This gym is amazing!
Friendly and caring staff, great amenities, and awesome classes offered both morning and evening. I bring my 11-month-old in for childcare and always know he is going to be well taken care of by the sweet staff.

The Grass Valley Training Zone By far is the Best gym around ! I've been to other gyms before, but none of them ever made me look forward to my next workout like The Training Zone does ! It's not just the nice equipment, it's the cool staff like Taylor Morgan and Dakota Irvine. All of the Trainers like Zoey and Dave and Kevin Bennett, Bonnie and Amos(and Mike) all really know their stuff ! The Grass Valley Training Zone has changed my life! So anybody that wants to get fit , come on down !
