I absolutely love Peak. I drive past several other gyms to come to Peak. The trainers are amazing. The classes are fun. There is no judgement and it's a safe place to meet new friends! I highly recommend checking it out!!!

I will be the first to admit I don't love working out, but peak changed my whole thoughts on that. I LOVE everything about peak! From the workouts, to the instructors, to the people that workout there. They have become great friends!!! I even get up at 545am to workout and I'm not a morning person but starting my day at peak just puts me in a great mood!!! I have been going there for one year and look forward to many more years!

Excellent training for all levels whether you are just getting started or already in a routine. Classes provide great variety for all levels. If you are just getting started call Tracy for personal training, she is one of the best.
