This is the most amazing trailing program. It takes group train to a new level. They make you feel you are the only person there. it is truly a family atmosphere. We call it the Dojo. The coaches put their heart and sole into every class. Training your whole body. Pre workout stretching and mobilizing, prevents injury.

Fantastic coaches and attendees! The atmosphere is so supportive and every workout can be done by beginners or those who have been working out for years. I especially love how the coaches can help you adjust if you have an injury so you don’t miss you adapt. Couldn’t recommend them more!
I joined to get in shape, but I’ve gotten so much more. Increased mobility, great leadership in proper technique. I’ve learned how to use equipment properly and confidently. I really enjoy all the people at the gym. Any class I have gone to people are willing to assist, encourage, and are enthusiastic to be there. It is a positive atmosphere that brings me in daily.
I’ve been coming here for 2.5 years. Eric and Debbie are phenomenal coaches. It’s Forbes with a class, but a personal touch. It is my favorite place that I’ve ever worked it at. No pressure, all skill levels and goals are accepted. I highly recommend TFW South Metro!
