I have been a member of TFW for 6 years. They offer private training, group training classes, open gym, and special team building events. The owner and trainers are very good at motivating and remaining positive and supportive as I navigate my healthy lifestyle journey. It has a fun and welcoming vibe which makes it easy to come back again and again!
This is the most amazing trailing program. It takes group train to a new level. They make you feel you are the only person there. it is truly a family atmosphere. We call it the Dojo. The coaches put their heart and sole into every class. Training your whole body. Pre workout stretching and mobilizing, prevents injury.
