Took my U13's League Team to train there and Josh was outstanding with the boys. Had a workout circuit pre-planned and certainly got the boys sweating.....
Great training facility with expert coaches that are very encouraging and want you to be the best person you can be. Both Tracy and Lilly have plenty of patience and provide a great training atmosphere that is both professional and enjoyable. 100% recommended!! 💪
I have been coming to TFW Coffs for the last 2 months now, the staff have an exceptional wealth of knowledge and are always pushing you to do your best. I highly recommend Tracy and her team to anyone.
I have been a member of Training for Warriors for the past 12 months and I can't speak highly enough about this place. The trainers Lilli, Josh and Tracy are incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled, creating workout programs to fit individual goals and needs. The gym is always spotless, well-kept and features top-notch equipment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals.
Great gym small classes trainers give individual attention to each client making sure any injuries are addressed with different things to do and also strengthen areas that are injured very knowledgeable trainers
