I signed up my son for basketball with Alex. Week 1 my wife had some reservations about the program. We asked for a prorated refund as we didn’t seem to think the program was well done. Alex said as per the policy there are no refunds. We decided to continue to see if week 2 would get better and it did, however week 3 Alex described the game of basketball through lecturing more than actually basketball skills.
