If it was not for the billing “department”, I would give this establishment 5 stars. I have tried for the last month or so to make an appointment with my desired LSW & all I’ve been receiving is the run-around…..if that. This establishment wants to charge my insurance as a Specialist & not the appropriate category of Mental/Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. 7 months ago, i was referred to Yeimi for counseling. I was a ball of emotions when we first started, not knowing what to do or how to deal. Yeimi has been a God send to me and really changed my life for the better and I’m truly grateful.
