I am not a fan only because of the rudeness of most of the staff. While they have a nice setting with good parking and a decent inventory I have had several time when I felt like they didn't want to deal with me. Last time I was there I walked in got looked at by two staff members, I think one might have been the owner and didn't get any type of acknowledgement. I came to the Train Shack with absolutely no knowledge of model railroading. Thanks to all their help, guidance, and great selection of trains, track, buildings, and much more, I now have a great layout. Every time I go to the store, there is something new and exciting.
