My husband and I LOVE this store! He grew up going to the store regularly and having many model trains. I was new to this whole “train” thing, but ever since my first visit to the Train Shack, I truly enjoy setting up my train layouts, running different engines, and decorating with accessories. Best train store ever. I'm returning to the hobby after a long absence and they are very patient with me and answer all my questions. I can't recommend the store highly enough. It's very clear to me that their first and only goal is to make sure the customer is happy. What could be better?

Great selection of all scales. I’m an N Scale enthusiast and the Train Shack has the most product in this scale than anywhere else. I live near Anaheim but it’s worth the drive to Burbank a few times a year at least. The Train Shack has a great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff as well. I’ve been to this establishment twice now and plan to visit more often. Mindy was very helpful both times. She’s fantastic! Love the positive atmosphere.
