This gym is great and has everything you need. It’s clean and the staff are lovely, or it’s easy to access when unstaffed. I only left because of moving further away. You are required to go in person to sign a cancellation form though and then it’s 30 days from there.

Been coming here since February and I absolutely love it. Small gym, nice staff and really nice patrons!!
Extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel my gym membership. They make the process very difficult—requiring you to come in person just to fill out a cancellation form. I explained I had relocated and couldn’t come in, but they still insisted on physical presence or demanded proof of relocation just to start the 30-day notice. In this digital age, it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel a membership. Very poor customer service and unnecessary barriers.
