Been coming here since February and I absolutely love it. Small gym, nice staff and really nice patrons!!
Extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel my gym membership. They make the process very difficult—requiring you to come in person just to fill out a cancellation form. I explained I had relocated and couldn’t come in, but they still insisted on physical presence or demanded proof of relocation just to start the 30-day notice. In this digital age, it shouldn’t be so hard to cancel a membership. Very poor customer service and unnecessary barriers.
I'm very satisfied with the gym, there is everything/basic that is necessary to work out and does not get really crowd in general, besides being a economic option. I would recommend it for sure.
Didn’t have an issue cancelling my membership when I moved house. If you go in and fill out the paperwork there are no issues. Good customer service!
