Love this place! Great trainers and amazing preople. I enjoy every workout...no matter hard I sweat! I am over 40 and have lost 7 pounds since my last physical AND am off my blood pressure meds.....clearly working. Thank you! Those are a pain to take everyday!!
This gym is the real deal! The trainers here are amazing and the gym is so well run. I am a new mom and I really struggled getting back into working out and caring for my body. The weight gain during pregnancy decreased my self confidence and I just couldn't get a workout routine going. Each session at this amazing gym made me feel super strong and empowered.
