Cold. I lived here for five years in three different units over that time. I've lived in the P, L, and A buildings. The staff here is awesome. Responsive, caring, and competent. Doing the best they can with what they got and I appreciate all the help they've given us over the years. There is a nice pool and a decent gym on the property. Two bedroom units get two parking spaces, and the singles get one parking space. These apartments though, are really showing their age. Lived here for a year, the management was extremely unresponsive. Upon moving out, a cleaning company was hired to clean the unit which ended up costing $650 of the $700 security deposit. After moving out, I had a couple amazon packages mistakenly delivered to my address here, and the cleaning company stole one of them, which the manager tried to lie to me about. Stay far, far away!

Poor condition, mold growing everywhere and full of pests. Paper thin walls so we had to listen constant partying by the neighbors. Our family was sick all the time while living there, I guess due to the mold. Maintenance was pretty much non-existent, every request had to be repeated several times before anything happened. We lived at Trailwood for 9 months (we were not offered a full year lease upon move in). Pros: we enjoyed the pool in the summer and the location is great. Cons: We were in a unit that shared walls on both sides, and on one side we could constantly hear our neighbors moving throughout their apartment. The kitchen was small with minimal storage space and dated appliances. Move-out costs weren't made transparent prior to move in.

We lived at Trailwood under the prior office manager and moved shortly after the change for unrelated reasons. Our time at Trailwood was enjoyable, and up until recently we would and have recommended them to our friends. It's a great apartment for the price, the location is incredible, and while I can't speak much for the new staff (we moved out about a year ago) every correspondence I had with the team at that time was pleasant and friendly.
