I moved into Trailside45 when they first opened. My apartment was brand new. For the first couple of years everything was great and did not have any issues. The last 1 1/2 years have been a nightmare. The renter above me was throwing cigarette butts on my balcony (this is a non-smoking complex) and after multiple complaints nothing was ever done about it by management.
