Sam is a wonderful person. I had a flat on an e-bike not purchased from trailside. Sam was on it right away, looking it over and gave me a recommendation for a tire insert that would help with puncture resistance. When I picked the bike up he explained that there were some parts on the axle that were damaged that he fixed also. I have noticed that he handles each customer attentively and has a great awareness of customer service.
