Great service! Was in a pinch with some pedal trouble on a long-distance ride with buds — Sam and the crew helped diagnose the issue and determine a rental was necessary to keep going. Rental worked out great and was able to snag my bike on the way back from our ride. Highly recommend
I first called Trailside about the availability of a specific brand of ebike. Based on our discussion, they also mentioned another brand to look at which I decided to order. Unfortunately there is a shipping issue delaying the delivery of the bike. Trailside generously offered me the use of another ebike until my bike is delivered. Thank you.

Outstanding Bike Shop ! Sam, the owner, takes a hands on approach to service, repair, as well as sales. The location is spectacular, right off the Interurban Trail. Personally, I appreciate the knowledge and insight Sam brings to the table. Sam also has an outstanding support staff that makes every visit fun.
