I wanted to respond to the review I saw complaining about investors. Only the final Phase was open to investors. They were rejected for the fist 7 phases. The final phase had so few homes it hardly mattered. Secondly, investors don't manipulate mortgages. That is perhaps the most uneducated statement I have ever heard. Interest rates, and tax valuations manipulate your mortgage. Great Neighborhood. Except for the Karens.
I wrote a review a year ago...then I started noticing things. First, houses are sold to investors, not families. Mortgages are manipulated by investors. DRH likes to close tickets for home warranty issues without coming to do anything. Look around...there are regular families and then there are investors watching and reporting. This area sadly reminds me of a Stepford community.
Beautiful family place to live!
