If you want a "cheap" place to stay it'll work for you. But if you want to get notes on your door about the stupidest things then all means, it'll happen here. You can do everything right but neighbors a few doors down dont get a warning for anything. Never knew a trailer park in catoosa had an HOA. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
This is a horrible place to live .. warning DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PARK. U WILL ALWAYS REGRET IT.. ASK AROUND ABOUT IT. MANAGERS OWNERS ALL HORRIBLE .
