After doing alot of apartment searching, Trails End by far is one of the nicest and spacious luxury apartments in Green Bay.I dont know many apartments that has a beautiful park as your back yard or allows dogs. I have lived here with my daughter going on 3 years and I am very happy and satisfied with the on-site management. Management has always been friendly, fair, understanding, and professional. If there is ever an issue with getting something fixed/replaced management has always been great about getting it resolved righ... read more

I am shocked to see the negative reviews here, and I have to doubt their credability. My wife and I have been living at the Trails End Apartments for nearly a year now and we are very pleased with the management (friendly, helpful, and professional). So far, we only had a minor issue with a slow draining pipe and it was taken care of the next day. The apartments themselves are spacious and very well maintained. As long as my wife and I choose to stay in an apartment, it will definitly be at Trails End.

Trails End is not only a beautiful property, it has a great manager. The management is fair and creates a consistent and equitable apartment living experience. Any maintenance issue was handled within 24 hours and management even helped with a leak in the middle of the night. I can say with confidence that this property and its manager are first class. Only reason we had to move was because of a move out of state. Otherwise, we would still be living there.

Very nice apartments but management is horrible. I am a current renter but cant wait to move out. I do not suggest living here.
