Living here has been a fantastic experience! The management and staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to address any questions or concerns. From the very first tour, they made me feel welcome and at home. The community is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly
I've been a resident for 4 years now, although I am not renewing. I have loved this community. Quiet, maintenance is responsive, staff is nice. Beautiful pool and always open. There has been a few hiccups with new management, roaches and mold in the units. Area has gotten better with crime but there is a lot of car burglaries in the area. That is my only complaint no working cameras or security.
A Great, Friendly, clean, great management and staff team. I love the convenient reserve parking. Quiet place to live. Very Beautiful always received compliments about where I lived. I truly will miss my old home. Thank you Trails of Eldridge.
