Don’t move here ! These people are very unprofessional and give everybody different information every time you speak to someone it’s a different lie you put in a work order for maintenance and NOBODY never show I’ve been here for a month and it’s bullshit left and right ! I don’t recommend moving here at all !
Whatever you do don’t rent an apartment there. The mold, air conditioning unit, infestation of roaches and rodents, dirty exterior, unkept lawn, horrible staff, rude neighbors and unskilled maintenance workers; are just a few of the living conditions I have went through.
Do not rent from these people. I had a credit of $85 for paying my water bill in advance and a security deposit that was supposed to be refunded to me in the amount of $649.50. They kept my credit of $85 and took $135 out of my security deposit without any explanation. When I called for Deborah she never picked up the phone and spoke with Sylvia. She claimed that it was for my last waterbill. I asked if my water bill was $220 and she said yes. However, the paper she sent me showed the water bill was $74. I'm still waiting o... read more
3 years my roof has been leaking and has not been fixed. Last night it rain and It starting raining inside my apt. I called management and left a msg for them to call me back but no one returned my call. I was told 2 yrs ago that they were waiting on a contractor. I guess he is walking with the shingles on his back to repair the roof. It doesn't take 3 years to fix a roof. I had to move my bed twice because of the leak in the ceiling. I rent at 150 dominion park dr. #1124, houston, tx 77090. I have never been late on my rate nor had a return check. The communication or lack there of is horrible. I put in a maintenance request on 3/28 and again on 4/8/19. The top blind fell and i called it in to be fix and they keep telling me that maintenance stated that they have repaired the issue. However, they have NEVER even been in the apartment because the blind is still in the same place. Anytime you call in a maintenance request they take forever to fix even it ... read more
