I didn't purchase an expensive bike from Trails and Treads. I bought a used (high quality) bike for under $200, and that's why you should read this review. Matthew treated me like I WAS purchasing a $6,000 bike! He texted pictures before I drove over from Oxford and patiently answered my many questions. He then spent probably 45 minutes cleaning it up staying after closing time. He then helping me load it on my bike rack. He was so gracious and kind. Stopped in for a new pair of running shoes today and I’m so glad I came here rather than a big box store! The staff was very knowledgeable of their products and up to date on the latest running technology and trends. Long story short, I came home with a new pair of Brooks and my shin splints are gone! Thanks again, it was definitely worth the drive up from Starkville!
Greeted as soon i walked in. The salesman checked my gait and brought several pairs of shoes. I tried on each one of them till i found the right ones very helpful staff.
Best bike shop In town! I called the other shops and they quoted me more than twice the price for the same repair! Trails and treads replied to my message within minutes. The other shop took 3 days to respond. I dropped off my wheel off to have the bearings replaced at closing time. It was ready for pick up the next morning. Thank you Matthew for the superior service and affordable repair cost!
great experience here... They took the time to try on about six different pairs of shoes and then watch me walk in them to see which shoe was the one that best fit my needs... I will be back!
